ECO Store Celebrates Grand Opening

The ECO Store of Southern Utah celebrated the Grand Opening of its new location on December 1, 2009! They are located at 2309 Santa Clara Drive (Sunset Blvd. in Towne Square). The ECO Store has a huge variety of ECO-friendly home and stationary products, including Grow-a-Note, Eco Staplers, and Copy Paper made from Coffee Beans, Sugar Cane, Tobacco Leaves, and Bananas! None of the ECO Stores paper come from trees. They also have 100% recycled paper napkins, bathroom tissue, and paper towels. They have Bio-Degradable Baby Wipes, Trash Bags, and many different types of Cleaning Solutions that are Eco-Friendly. They also offer huge discounts on Ink Toner and Cartridge exchange and replacements! The ECO Store has a huge variety of products that are all manufactured with the planet and environment in mind. RISE "Movin' Up" to New Downtown Office

NAI Utah Southern Region assisted RISE Inc. with a contract for their new office location at 63 S 300 E Suite 202 next to Hinton Burdick CPA and Advisors. RISE is a nonprofit organization that specializes in home and community-based support services for children and adults with developmental and other disabilities, children with mental health challenges, and aging adults. For 20 years, their purpose has remained constant. They create opportunities for and with the people they serve, their families, and for the men and women who work in the direct care profession. RISE will be relocating to the new space in December 2009. The Walter Group and Roger Stratford facilitated the Transaction. RAM Pro Purchases New Office / Warehouse in Cedar City

RAM Pro, LLC recently purchased a 3,200 SF Office/Warehouse in the Coal Creek Industrial Park in Cedar City, Utah. Curren Christensen of NAI Utah Southern Region represented C6 Ventures, Inc., the seller in the 8/28/09 sale. RAM Pro, LLC. was represented by Rich Bontadelli of ERA Realty Center in Cedar City, UT. Despite the tough economic climate, Cedar City still remains a viable place for businesses to enter the market.

Chrysalis finalized leasing 1,155 SF of space in the Ventana Professional Park, 230 N. 1680 E. Suite L-2 in St. George. Chrysalis was established in Heber City, Utah in 1985 by Craig Carroll. Initially, the company was developed as a Sheltered Workshop that served the needs of 14 people. In 1987, the Company expanded its services by creating an eight-bed group home located in Midway, Utah, marking the beginning of their residential services.

The mission of Chrysalis is to make a difference daily by providing supports and opportunities for individuals with disabilities to live, work, and participate more fully in the community.

XYZ Holdings signed a lease for the old Mentoring of America building at 94 S. Mall Dr. They will occupy 3,000+ sf of office space. Some FF&E was included. XYZ assists many marketing and sales companies in customer support. Wes Davis of NAI Utah Southern Region was the representative for XYZ Holdings. Backman Title Aquires Sundance Title

Utah Title & Loan Opens New St. George Blvd. Office

Nationally recognized Utah Title and Loans recently leased 2,700 sf of retail at 844 E St George Blvd. The landlord and tenant are cooperating in the modification of the building from retail to an office location.
